long time no see

yeah, well, turns out I did have some plans for this summer. They're just about done though. I went to Boothbay Harbor, Maine, to visit my uncle and eat at his restaurant, and it was good, as always. I went down with my mom and my grannie, and we had a pretty good time. Went to Freeport, didn't buy much though. For outlet stores, they're still really expensive. Went out on the boat with my uncle and got thrown around a bit, but that's a good time too.

Tomorrow my good friend is getting married, so I'm pretty excited for that. The only wedding I've ever been to is Tiresa's, and it was a lovely, outdoors in the park, justice of the peace wedding. This is going to be equally lovely I'm sure, but inside in a church instead. It's not a Catholic church though, which is a good thing I think, I've heard Catholic weddings are quite long.

after my island adventure tomorrow though, things get significantly quieter. We might be going to a wedding on the 16th, and I'm going to see Bryan Adams on the 21st, and then my vacation will be half over. That's pretty sketchy. Although, I suppose vacation is designed for not really doing anything. Good thing.
